Cancellation Policy
Upon booking an appointment a credit card will be put on file to reserve your appointment. No charge will be made when reserving your appointment. I ask that you give me 48 hours notice to reschedule or cancel . If less then 48 hours notice a $75 fee will be charged to the card on file
If less then 24 hours notice 50% of the service fee will be charged to the card on file. If you NO SHOW ( no call, no notice, no answer to my calls or texts ) there will be a charge of 100% of the service booked. Not confirming your appointment does not mean you cancelled.
Late Policy
If for any reason you are running late , please give me a courtesy text at 619.839.9811

After 15 minutes, the appointment will be subject to change (forgo portion of service), or rescheduling the entire service. If your services need to be rescheduled it will be treated as a NO SHOW and half of your services will be charged to the card on file.
Adjustment & Exchange Policy
I strive to offer my guests the highest level of service and satisfaction. If you are wanting an adjustment to your color or cut, I ask that you let me know within 5 days of your service and I'm happy to accommodate. That being said, not achieving desired final results in one session (when we have discussed in the consultation that it will require multiple sessions) or if an entirely new look is desired we will need to schedule a new service at full price.

Should you make a product purchase that you are unsatisfied with, I will accept product exchanges at full credit 30 days from original purchase date.
